Puppet, a consequence of Afton's actions, presents a tormenting opportunity to exact revenge on the one responsible for inflicting pain and suffering upon numerous innocent individuals.

William Afton, also known as Purple Guy, is compelled by Puppet to navigate a labyrinthine maze comprised of intertwining corridors and intersections. His mission is to locate and retrieve drawings hung on the walls of the renowned pizzeria.

These drawings hold significant importance as they are creations by children, intended to evoke memories. The Puppet has deliberately stripped Afton of all these memories, leaving him feeling utterly lost and fear-stricken.

Afton's task requires him to collect all the drawings before time runs out. The wall clocks indicate the remaining time, which unusually counts down from 6 AM to 12 AM instead of the conventional night shift timeframe from 12 AM to 6 AM. Failure to gather all the drawings within the provided time renders Afton motionless, preventing further progress, yet allowing him only to survey his surroundings.

Why? Because at the end of the countdown (12 AM), Springtrap, awaiting Afton within the labyrinth, will emerge to search for and attack him—an unpredictable and immobilizing threat from an unknown direction.
